      ONA was wonderful . Good work schedule. Great pay and night shift differntial.

      Cons

      Some floors/areas have poor management. Will have you work as a CNA when low staffed (I did mind but it happened a lot... can't keep CNAs).

      Very flexible and easy job

      Cons

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
