Pros
Bonuses, overtime and with all the "positions" employees assume, you can really beef up your resume for you next job
Cons
"Boys club"; no real opportunities beyond filing for female employees. You will be offered small opportunities and promised big opportunities that do not come to fruition. Hot-headed management. A position I was holding out for was given to 3 different men and had a high turnover. I was told that I wouldn't be able to handle working with the hot-headed manager. I was told that someone less emotional would be better suited for it. One of the owners used those words. I had NEVER expressed supposed "emotions" to warrant that comment. Even if I had, it was severely inappropriate and disgusting. The hot-headed manager countlessly upset coworkers, male and female. Incredibly sexist environment. Among other things, I was pulled away, out of no where, from work to "grab a file" for the lazy hot-headed manager (not my manager). Incredibly outdated, clunky technology. They overwork their employees. Lack of communication. 50+ work weeks, very few breaks. Upper management does not care if employees/coworkers are unfit. It is known that they do not fire bad employees. Good employees are stuck for years with terrible coworkers/employees. If management doesn't personally like an employee, they will treat them poorly until they leave on their own. Terrible sicktime/vacation. Expensive benefits, no retirement options. Employees are lured with the big bonuses and "opportunities" that never pan out. Employees get "stuck" there for actual decades. STAY AWAY.
