Not the best - Case Manager St. Hope Foundation Employee Review

Working at St. Hope, there are a lot of pros I could list. My favorite pro is our family night events we host. Our last event hosted was at Main Event! It was so much fun. Working at St. Hope, the energy is always positive. Even in times of busyness, we come together to get the job done! Personally, I can say working at St. Hope has brought me great work/life balance, which was very important for me to have working at any job. My position allows me to learn new things every chance I can. I work with amazing people and they are very supportive. At St. Hope everyone is welcomed and celebrated! Gaining employment with St. Hope was the best thing that happened for me!

One challenge in this role is managing the extensive compliance requirements associated with multiple grant funding streams. Each funder has distinct guidelines and reporting expectations, which can create a complex administrative landscape. At times, the effort required to meet these varying compliance standards can limit flexibility and take focus away from strategic or programmatic work.
