Pros
I used to work in the bakery in Bermondsey, not the restaurants. Always paid overtime and any additional expenses with zero fuss.
Cons
Terrible rota and hours, and low salary for the quality of work required. This is nothing new in hospitality but combined with the condescending attitude from management constantly demanding things while having zero understanding of processes made it quite tiresome. They would also show favouritism towards "friends" brought in without being put through the hiring process, who were not qualified for the job, bit got promoted almost instantly anyway.
