Lots of support from SJP and materials to help guide you.
Changes are being made to improve client experience, albeit there have been teething issues along the way.
A lot of help and support is available from other practice support staff. Everyone is keen to help.
Cons
Biased bad press against SJP and ambulance chasers make it very difficult to onboard new clients and settle existing when markets are low.
Constant change makes it difficult to set consistent processes.

Thank you for sharing your positive review of working within one of our SJP Partner Practices. Best wishes, Izzy
Strong brand recognition, good training materials, and a professional client-facing image. Colleagues are generally supportive, and there’s exposure to high-net-worth clients which can be valuable for career development.
Cons
High pressure to meet targets, limited flexibility, and compensation structures can feel unbalanced. Processes can be rigid, and progression may depend heavily on networks rather than performance alone.

Thanks for sharing your review of working with SJP. It’s great to read the positives, but we're sorry you have had a mixed experience so far, and to hear about those experiences which don’t align with the culture we strive for. Please reach out via our internal channels to discuss these further. Thanks, Jess
