Commission is ridiculously low for the luxury industry. Hours are ridiculous and no concern or regard to overworking sales associates, Many people leave due to health issues from knees to back injuries. Won't even install pad under carpeted concrete floor. Also a lot of rigged sales contests, Ridiculous cost to employee for taxes on allotment items that are required attire.
