Company vehicle, profit sharing, snacks in the kitchen.. sometimes
Cons
For a multibillion dollar company, insurance could be better. Benefits could be better. Work/life balance could be better. Essentially employees are not treated fairly across the board with flexibility unless you are a higher up. Feeling of ingenuity, and no family feel. PTO has to be accrued, which takes a while to build up. HR isn’t a real resource to employees whatsoever.
