      Beautiful facility within a scenic region

      Cons

      Conservative back pedaling views, removing progressive social acceptance, and high turn over for those not willing to bend. Also some rules come off sexist and anti-masculinity.

      Hands on working directly with people struggling to overcome substance addiction. You play a legitimate role in the recovery process.

      Cons

      Some people don't recover. You deal with a lot of different, often very strong personalities.
