RN in and out patient clinic It's a love-hate relationship - Out-patient RN St. Peter's Health Partners Employee Review

Since my company (seton) has merged with SPHP both employees and patients are very knowledgable reading the change of the organization's tone. It is blatantly obvious that the monopoly this company has turned into places its's highest values on numbers and the monetary value at the end of the month opposed to quality patient care and employee satisfaction. I used to be proud of where I work, and I can't say that anymore.
