      - Great small, collaborative engineering team - Lots of opportunities to wear different hats and venture into different areas (Firmware, Cloud, Bridge, Client) - Great opportunities in the residential and commercial spaces - A product to be proud of with integrations like Google Nest, Amazon Alexa, IFTTT - Growth opportunities abound for the company, and there's a great business development team to capture them

      Cons

      - Lower than market salary (but that's expected in a Startup)
