Pros

Nice peers, flexible schedule (with disclaimers), stocked kitchen, entry level mannerism

Cons

With the micromanagement of their CEO that it's no wonder this place is a revolving door for people coming and going. After working here, the company far exceeds dullness not to mention lackluster and non-innovative products, bad customer reviews and toxic environment. People come and go here, if you're straight out of college and looking for something entry level, this is your place. Everyone puts in countless hours of work for salaries that are less than par. Not worth the time. Ever hear of this place outside of job openings? No, and it's because it's a small company with an elementary structure. Don't be disillusioned by the "amazing" benefits and work environment, look closely at the other "positive" reviews, they all sound the same! If you're talented, have a lot to offer, please look elsewhere, don't go to this company which has so much instability.

Pros

eCommerce side is more developed and is the key bread and butter, providing software that is not easily done to various publishers. Fully remote and trusting of their employees in general.

Cons

Not a media company and doesn’t seem to have a vision to leverage first party shopper data, which is a big miss all around. With new leadership team, hopefully these connections can be made soon and hopefully implemented in a way that is innovative and not intrusive to users.
