Pros
The team is super helpful and never makes you feel dumb for asking questions. I heard they recently redid the training. It's actually engaging and not just a bunch of slides you click through.
Cons
It moves fast, especially at the start. You kind of have to be okay with learning on the fly, but honestly the team around you makes it way less overwhelming.
