Nothing. Not one thing can I say good about this company.

I've been in the Industry for almost 16 years now. I've worked for all the locate companies and located every utility u Der the sun. With experience, management will expect you to go all over and do what the lazy locators will not, you will not be compensated. After bailing out all the other managers, getting their areas back beyond manageable... "Good Job", "Thank You"! Oh no, you won't hear a thing, but you will see even more in your ticket load, A camera in your face that screams you're following a vehicle too close when stopped at a stop light, a work phone that constantly rings with an automated 811 emergency call, you'll get a call for each utility on a ticket, if you have 5 or 6 utilities on 1 emergency, you will get a separate call for each utility. No bonus despite what the job posting advertised. The better you do, the more stress is implemented. If you desperately need a job then by all means, if you're experienced, Try it out. I, myself had to depart this company for the fact that they were trying to work me into an early grave, I would be so stressed out everyday that I would unwillingly bring stress and attitude towards my family, not gonna happen anymore... best of luck.. good riddance.

Pros

Our teams feel like a family, and there is a direct connection with each department whenever questions or support are needed. There are also strong opportunities for advancement for those who demonstrate a solid work ethic and commitment to growth. At the end of the day, this is the best locate company I have ever been a part of. While there is always room for improvement, the fact that our concerns and ideas are genuinely heard and acted upon speaks volumes. It shows that management values its team, and it creates a culture where both technicians and leaders feel respected, supported, and motivated every day.

Cons

Managers often have additional responsibilities that can take time away from their primary focus, which should be managing their teams and maintaining safety and quality at all times. Many of these added tasks can pull attention away from day-to-day operations. Communication could also be improved across all levels to ensure expectations, updates, and support are clearly shared from every direction.
