-Processes are straight forward and not difficult to understand -Managers and Leaders are very hands on to their employees -Open door policy. Management is open to ideas from everyone -Salary is enough. Can't complain -You'd never feel the stress even if there are tons of orders

-Long working hours sometimes especially on peak seasons but you will be compensated well -Co-workers sometimes can be a problem
