      This company offers a flexible work from home option, managers that care and guide/nurture employees to succeed, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow a rewarding career.

      As with any marketing agency, the workloads vary, and some time periods are more fast-paced than others.

      - Remote, that's basically it I think

      Cons

      - toxic work environment - boss will nitpick - boss will show favorites - boss tried to take away my PTO for what she saw as a subpar article - no opportunities for growth if you're not willing to work evenings and weekends
