Pros
The people. Period. My coworkers were the absolute highlight - smart, supportive, and genuinely good humans. A few managers stood out as solid leaders too. If you're lucky, you'll build some great relationships here.
Cons
Everything outside of the people. Stampli is wildly overpriced, and reps consistently lose deals because of it. The market knows it - even if leadership doesn't. The CRO is the root of the dysfunction: completely out of touch with Stampli's actual position in the market, obsessed with vanity metrics, and allergic to feedback. Territories get recycled, reps get fired, and nothing changes. Hard work means nothing here. I consistently led in activity, supported the team, trained new hires - none of it mattered. You're not a person. You're a quota. And the CRO? A "master of the universe" clown steering the ship straight into the iceberg.
