Sorry for making your 'Job Security' to feel as insecure. We're living our top most priority to secure each and every employees Career as Main Value system. If you check our Employee's history, most of the people are extending their career connection more than 5 yrs. We have 80% of population lasting more than 3 yrs without any interruption. We are regularly recognise our employees and best performers. Our company follows flat structure to listen each of the individual talents voice. We don't recommend politics to play its role.
