      Downsizing of International presence and no London balance sheet. Not strong on carrying out strategy within their vision. More a function of the African Bank than an International Bank.

      - An outstanding CEO who everyone respects and is approachable - A decent culture within the company - Lots of company get togethers and incentives for collaboration - It genuinely is a great place to work - 2-3 days in the office required post COVID

      A cosmopolitan business with respectful culture. Focused on African business. A very nice bunch of people to work with.

      A little behind the curve plays second fiddle to the main business in South Africa
