Work ethic is good. In house training is done for all positions and is continuous. Profit sharing yearly depending on EPM. Career growth opportunities are continously available. Medical insurance and other advantages such as low interest loans and mortgages
Cons
Supervisors have no direct say on the career growth of their direct employees. Profit sharing is highly dependant on a number of factors and is not guaranteed. Work culture is intensive leaving little or no time to allow for life outside work.
