Pros
Good development opportunities and a focus on upskilling staff. Also lots of opportunities to move around within the company. Bonuses are average. promotions are easy to come by.
Cons
The bank is not always run as a meritocracy and a lot of times networks are more important than the ability to deliver. Also in the pass view years communication hasn't been good relating to the right-sizing of the firm.
