The company culture is great in the general sense , there’s growth opportunities there ,the salary is one of the best in the industry… a lot of support from hr to pursue your personal interest and chase your goals
Cons
Micromanaging is terrible… there’s no room to develop as a person you are boxed into the job by management and they aren’t really supportive of your career goals or your ideas that can help the segment . There’s honestly a management issue…a lot of managers will make you a target for their personal reasons . Managers should really start trusting their teams
