Pros
You can make decent money if the managers have your back. Selling in rural populations can be difficult but they are also really fun to work with. Pretty decent pay scale for commissions and nice annual bonuses if you perform well. If you can manage the hours and never take any time off you can do okay, even well. Ask for help, usually they will do their best if you have the right people leading the team.
Cons
It's a dealership and it comes with all the same negatives any other car sales job comes with. Long hours, inconsistent management at times that make promises and just don't deliver.
