Pros
- people genuinely care about the jobs they do - wellbeing team and employee resource groups do excellent work - exciting large scale projects - very few barriers to getting involved in activities outside your day job - sustainability focused in everything it does
Cons
- project management systems are set up for framework style work winning and company unwilling to address or change - results in low morale, high admin burden and declining scope for high performance for those involved in high volume quick turnaround work. - company value of putting people first does not extend far up the decision making tree - speed of recognition for those showing leadership traits and performing above their grade is poor
