During the hiring process, they mentioned that dental coverage was included in the benefits. However, the amount covered is ridiculously low. It's disappointing and feels misleading. This company does not deliver what it promises.
Cons
This company doesn’t care about its employees at all. Workers are treated as mere numbers to be exploited with low pay. They don’t even offer commissions, and when they can no longer rely on you, you’re easily discarded without a second thought. On top of that, the managers protect certain individuals from specific nationalities, creating an unfair and biased work environment. Despite complaints, nothing ever changes. To make things worse, employees are pressured to hit service targets, even if it means taking advantage of customers. The lack of ethics and fairness is shocking. It’s a terrible place to work, and I absolutely do not recommend it! Avoid this company if you value respect, fairness, and integrity in the workplace.
