Awesome environment with a great team of management whom are always willing to lend a hand for support and insight.

Not a lot of consistency amongst how to interact with clients of various backgrounds.

Very friendly employees those who works on the shop floor.

the management don't ever discuss their future plans with their employees all happens behind closed doors, and when nothing going on well then directors including the management drops a big bomb shell by making people redundant & even changing the job description of the management , making life hard for working employees scared about their job security. POOR POOR. suppose you doing the same job for few years and when the same job came up it was given to someone else. during redundancy process they say keep the moral up and then the next day people got informed that they want everyone to work bank holidays without even consulting with everyone one in the works council meeting. I AM THE BOSS I WOULD DO ANYTHING I WANT I SAY YOU JUST DO THE WORK.
