It's 5 days a week Most workers on shopfloor are decent
Cons
The lack of communication and the mistrust of the workers at the bottom of the tree they give you extra holidays but don't want to pay you and you can't get them wages only go up if minimum wage goes up and if they have thought they could get away with no real wage increase I sure they would try it
