      Small startup business, basic medical insurance, holiday pay

      Cons

      Poor leadership and mentorship. Fails to inform about decisions. Director seems to be irritated all the time. Lack of hours and growth opportunities. Many of my fellow officers are short term. No other locations or contracts in the city.

      The HR Director is very professional and strives to help the employees to grow.

      The founder and CEO does not treat the team members equally. They have diversity, but not all of them are respected in the same way.
