Pros

They give you a lot of work to begin with, making you feel like you could make a decent wage off of your work and be financially stable. Until they decide you're too slow and completely stop giving projects.

Cons

- Project managers are unreliable, often ghosting you for days on end with no updates to a project, projects can be cancelled without the artists knowledge, no proper communication what so ever. - Hiring new people constantly and ghosting existing artists on projects. - Stacking some artists with too many projects to the point where they are stressed out and quit while other artists are left without projects for months on end only to be told to wait or "its a slow season" - Project managers do a bare bones job of filling out briefings, barely any important information given like sizing or formatting, just amazon links and a small description. - Projects are typically heavy loaded with asset creation, taking well more than 8 hours, project managers expect extremely fast turn around times but expect high quality and unique designs. - Upper management does not care about their artists, will support project managers ghosting artists and replacing them at the drop of a hat if the artist takes more than 8 hours at a time on a singular project to avoid paying the artist more. - Will intimidate you into working faster to make sure you're paid very little for a project.

Pros

coworkers are very nice to you

Cons

the management actively reminds you that you’re replaceable. they will actively up your workload and scold you for asking for a raise. eventually they will increase your workload far past what you can handle and scold you for not finishing it all. they make multiple promises to better working conditions and pay and never follow through with any of them.
