Pros

Boss veryvlucky to have many good clients on hand.

Cons

Out dated technology. Overworked. OT daily n weekends seems normal yet lousy pay. Stingy Boss. Lousy benefits. $20 per medical claim? 14 days leave? 3months become 6 month probabtion? Everyday will be scolding people. Dictator style management. Ok if u like to follow orders. Or old like many of the staff who are too old to leave. Many senior amd capable staffs have left.

Pros

The colleagues were the pros

Cons

The work environment can be stressful due to poor communication, unclear changes, and limited openness to feedback. There is little proper onboarding, and employees may be expected to figure things out on their own. Workload can be heavy, and appreciation for completed work may be limited. Feedback is not always welcomed, and suggestions for improvement may be taken negatively instead of constructively. There is also a strong push for AI and automation, but at times it may feel like they don't understand the actual problems faced by employees. Overall, it may be a difficult environment for those who value clear communication, proper guidance, and supportive management.

Pros

Strengthened mental resilience while working in an environment where verbal reprimands were frequent.

Cons

- There is no onboarding. - Management micromanages everything you do. - The company is too stingy to provide GitHub or any proper version control tools. - New Year's eve is a Full working day. - Everything depends on the boss’s mood swings. - Management not only dislikes feedback, but may also target employees who speak up too much. - The software is honestly terrible to use and develop. If you point this out, the boss gets angry and may target you daily. Feedback is not accepted at all. - The boss and management constantly push the use of AI despite lacking basic technical knowledge and not understanding how AI works. - Middle management seems more focused on looking good in front of the boss than doing meaningful work, even though much of their workload appears to be just sending emails.
