Pros

The AE team - good bunch that look out for one another,

Cons

Blame culture, zero leadership, political, ego driven. If there ever was a sales prevention department, this place invented it. Folks love a bit of power here.

Thank you for leaving this review and sharing that you had such a poor experience. Trust this is not acceptable nor what we want to build. I appreciate you bringing up our inclusive AE Sales community. As a remote company we aspire to continue building and maintaining cross-regional and cross functional relationships. As a leadership team, we have placed a lot of focus on fostering a positive growth and performance-driven culture and it seems this unfortunately was not your experience. Because we are focused and supportive of internal mobility, we have created a lot of career opportunities for first-time managers. However, it's no excuse - we need to focus more on setting our managers up for success through extensive management training. We always want to know what we can do better as an organization. If you have further feedback, we would love for you to reach out to your former HR Business Partner to share more about your experiences. Thank you again. -Javier Molina, CRO

Pros

While we experience the typical challenges of a growing startup, leadership at Starburst is deeply committed to learning, evolving, and improving across the board—from product to culture. I’m proud to be part of a company where your voice matters and you’re trusted to make an impact.

Cons

As with any startup, priorities can shift quickly, and you need to be comfortable adapting and pivoting. It’s not necessarily a downside—just the reality of working in a fast-moving environment.
