If you are technical profile then your life will be smooth but if you are into sales then you need to achieve a target 40 times of your salary. No bonus PF of both side will be deducted from your salary but none will be credited in your PF Account You will not get your Form 16A And yes to reach at senior management profile you have to be muslim (as per till now records ) Individuals in sales are really having lot pressure from management and in return to that they get very less salary ,no promotion ,full pressure ,24*7 work demand Being a extraordinary performer you will get 2x salary and your manager will get 20x salary.
