work load is sometimes heavy

Major holidays off and weekends off. Very nice work hours

The people there are petty and two-faced. Will micromanage you and have you second guessing yourself. There is little to no trust in their employees. There is a lack of communication and poor training. They will look over you for a promotion if they don’t like you and treat you poorly until driven out.
