Pros
It’s great if you want to get your feet wet in project management. Great atmosphere. Small company, so everybody is valued and evaluated.
Cons
Management lacks. SPM’s and PM’s are hired with little experience and leadership qualities and cannot do their jobs, leading to a domino effect. South Boston is horrible to work since there is no public transit there.
