Pros
Fully remote, which is great if you're from another country. There's rarely any crunch time and work is more objective oriented, meaning that as long as you participate the meetings and complete your weekly tasks, you're not forced to follow a stricted schedule. Since they've been bought by Magic Media, pipelines are being more standarized, so responsabilities are less spread out (meaning that as a programmer, you'll rarely do things that's not coding). Also, while a bit slow, it's possible to see the company trying to get better.
Cons
Since we do outsourcing jobs, sometimes you'll get nice clients other times you'll get bad clients. Projects and teams feels a bit too "closed", so you'll rarely talk to people outside your current team. The payment is kinda low if compared to the global standard, but as someone that does not live in a first-world country, it's better than anything my country can offer. I'm a contracted worker, so I don't really get any beneficts.
