Pros
Defined benefit pension (Gen Z and Gen X need to see an honest value to that). High match 401K. An upper tier health insurance plan (only a govt worker gets better). Competitive salary. Generous time off. Opportunity for growth and career paths within the company for anyone who wants it. Lucky to be here.
Cons
Old school. Surprisingly light on systems. Silo style, Understaffed, and yes WFH is not happening here. The opportunities to grow are not really promoted.
