The only pros is that if you are very very very hardworking who can leave his family and personal work aside then you are good here or else you’ll be a dumb employee if you come on time go on time or ask for leaves which are already in your account then you are considered as a non performing employee You get the salary on time You get a water cooler and cafeteria with centralised AC
Cons
You won’t get the salary you deserve as per your work You won’t get leaves, if you have taken a leave in mid week or within the week days then it’s compulsory that you have to come on your week off as they will not give you a single leave, you have to manage everything on your week off only You get scolded in front of everyone, your senior your junior the and infront of the cleaning staff If you are taking a half day then if your shift starts from 9 to 10am then your half day should end in 4.5 hours but unfortunately the seniors force to logout by 5.5 or 6 hours The hiring department hires very casual associates who just want to pass the time of 3 4 months and the manager asks to deliver number with those associates I used to wait for half or an hour everyday just because the work i get at the time of logging out If you are being promoted then they will think that now you are promoted you can do everything like they have updated a robot’s software I suggest you to work here as an associate only coz as an supervisor in operations you are just a robot You get a very stinky washroom like bus stand’s washroom Worst cafeteria with worat sitting arrangements. Leave operations, Go for quality and training.
