Pros
There is a chance to move up with the company. It's just that is usually on a temporary basis. I loved the people I worked with on my peer level.
Cons
Management needs an overhaul....bad. You should maybe start asking your employees why they are leaving. It isn't necessarily about the money or about the hours. It comes down to most people are leaving because they are tired of being lied to.
