Pros
The only pro to working at STARTEK was the fact that I continued to work from home, but that was negated by the fact that what was supposed to be 50% travel turned into 100% travel.
Cons
The time I spent at STARTEK was the the worst year of my life. There was no concept of work life balance which meant I was expect to be available at all hours.
