      Pros

      There are some great people to work with. Large break room with decent food options and free cereal.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying call centers in the area. The company is struggling to keep mangers and the attrition rate is high. There are some managers that are clearly disinterested.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
