Work from home Somewhat flexible, you have an option to choose from about 3 different shifts depending on the job you are applying for.
Cons
Short breaks Mandatory attendance. Your attendance rate could not drop below 94% or you would be terminated and there are no excused absences. I lost a family member and needed time off and still was reprimanded.
