Pros
It is extremely hard to get fired. Once you're in, you're in for life.
Cons
The management up to the top of the chain feels really disjointed and the organization feels very bottom-heavy. Without the bottom-level staff, the company would fall apart and it feels as though they do not recognize that and compensate accordingly.
