      The hours were normal Mon-Fri. Overall the staff was easy to get along with

      The turnover rate was extremely high. It was very obvious that we weren't cared for. God forbid you have life happen. They needed bodies taking calls and didn't care about their employees.

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
