Pros

*Remote work *Non-phone *Not many other pros for this position

Cons

*2 chats with angry customers at a time isn't good for mental health *Unreasonable metrics (if a customer chats back in within 7 days regardless of whether it's for an entirely different reason that counts against us) *Low end of the pay scale for CSR work They are shutting down our entire location (as well as at least one other location) and hundreds of people are being laid off. Spectrum ended their contract with Startek and there isn't a new client to take over. After more research it appears that Startek does this fairly often and every few years they have a mass layoff instead of lining up new clients.

The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

Cons

When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
