      the coaching environment - weekly check-ins to ensure goals are being met as well as assisting employees in setting goals to improve in stats that are not so good

      Cons

      the company unfortunately started experiencing some issues and they lost their contract a little after i resigned

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
