Think twice before joining thic compamy - Human Resources Manager Startek Employee Review

Startek has been the worst BPO I’ve worked for. The workplace is riddled with toxic politics, where promotions are based on connections rather than merit. Management, especially some supervisors, act with arrogance and offer little support or guidance. Concerns are often ignored, and the overall environment is demoralizing. I left feeling unappreciated and disillusioned. I would not recommend this company to serious professionals.
