Historically, there has been a disconnect between the ambitions of the senior team and the ability to deliver on goals. Processes around promotions and recruitment weren't always followed which led to morale problems and a silo mentality across some departments. These are largely resolved and there has been a transformation across the organisation.
Nice work atmosphere, with friendly staff. Made to feel part of a team. Good community values. Feels good to be contributing towards charities and good causes. Good company benefits included.
