      Pros

      The company has a long tenure and happy customers for their DOE software (Design-Expert). The work-life balance is great as you are expected to work consistent hours and there aren't too many meetings so you can adjust for your family life when needed.

      Pros

      The company was flexible with my work schedule and supportive during my transition period to the company. Also, I was able to work independently on various projects, while receiving mentorship from my supervisor.

      Cons

      The company was going through a transition period of leadership and direction, so it took me some time to find my place in the company and start contributing to its growth
