      Very positive environment with great people to work with. Great benefits, and many committees to join.

      Cons

      The coverage of 8am-5pm; M-F is a stickler, but some departments have a rotating 4-day week.

      Great community feel, people care about the town and their work and want to get to know one another.

      Cons

      Can be very boring, little training so must be a self-starter, very few perks besides coffee in the office that you have to pay for
