This is a complicated industry, and there is a steep learning curve. But they are willing and able to train.

It's good if you're looking for part time work and know how to talk in that weird, corporate way. They pay consistently and on time. If there is nothing else for you, this place will be good enough, but don't plan on staying here long term.

HR is incredibly unprofessional and toxic. At the time they did not offer health insurance or full time employment because of that, so you could only work a certain number of hours each week. Who gets promoted is based on favoritism and not performance.
