      Pros

      Good small team dynamics with the right people. You'll get close with your teammates very quickly.

      Cons

      No actual vetting from the boss. I was told to "Interview them and get them started ASAP." Underpaid for where you go and what you'll deal with. Unreliable Dispatchers. Perpetually charged for gear issued and the prices fluctuate without employee notification.

      Easy schedule, easy access to talk to managers and supervisors, professional looking uniforms, decent pay and sites to work for.

      Cons

      None really that I can think of.
